Leadership Lab Terms Agreement

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By completing this purchase, I agree to the following terms:

I am purchasing a personal license to access the Leadership Lab, an online course and community developed by Expansion Lab. I am encouraged to apply the principles, frameworks, and concepts I learn to my own leadership and within my organization.

However, the course materials themselves, including videos, online content, community resources, and worksheets housed within the Leadership Lab platform, are for my personal use only and may not be reproduced, downloaded, screen-recorded, or distributed without prior written permission.

Leadership tools and framework guides provided by Expansion Lab during coaching may be used within my immediate team or organization unless otherwise noted. These tools remain the intellectual property of Expansion Lab and may not be shared publicly, posted online, or distributed outside my organization.

I agree not to share my login credentials with others or allow others to access the course through my account. If I wish to bring Leadership Lab to additional team members or my broader organization, I will contact Expansion Lab about licensing options.

PAYMENT PLAN ACKNOWLEDGMENT: This purchase is a payment plan for the full course investment, split into six monthly installments. This is not a subscription. By enrolling, I am committing to the full payment plan amount. Payments will continue until the full amount is paid. There is no automatic cancellation option.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS: If I wish to leave the program before completing all six payments, I understand I must submit a written cancellation request by emailing hello@expansionlab.io or by completing the Course Access Support Request form by clicking here or in the terms and conditions module within the course. Cancellation requests are reviewed within 5 business days. If I stop making payments without submitting a cancellation request, I understand this constitutes a breach of the payment plan agreement.

ACCESS: Upon completion of all six payments, I will retain ongoing access to the course. If I request to leave the program or stop making payments before all six payments are complete, my access to the course and community will be revoked.

BILLING CONCERNS: I agree to contact Expansion Lab directly at hello@expansionlab.io with any billing questions or concerns. Expansion Lab commits to responding within 5 business days.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to course materials, refunds are not available.
